Please take a look and let me know what you think. It's a much cleaner build - And it has no memory/file handle leaks that I can find in extensive testing with Purify/dmalloc. I've successfully compiled and tested it on Linux, Solaris and Windows 95. I've also started putting together a FAQ with things like compiling in readline library support, and an explanation of some of the less obvious features of LEAP. Please let me know if there's anything you'd like added. Regards, Richard. LEAP can be downloaded NOW from the following sites: http://www.brookes.ac.uk/~e0190404/leap-1.1.9.9.tar.gz http://www.dogbert.demon.co.uk/leap-1.1.9.9.tar.gz ... and from the following sites over the next 24/48 hours (maintainers need time to place files!) ftp://ftp.demon.co.uk/pub/compsci/databases/leap/leap-1.1.9.9.tar.gz http://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/Incoming/leap-1.1.9.9.tar.gz ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/Incoming/leap-1.1.9.9.tar.gz http://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/apps/database/relational/leap-1.1.9.9.tar.gz ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/apps/database/relational/leap-1.1.9.9.tar.gz -- Richard Leyton mailto:rleyton@acm.org >From leap-owner Fri May 8 14:32:58 1998 Received: by brookes.ac.uk (8.8.7/) id OAA15320; Fri, 8 May 1998 14:31:13 +0100 (BST) Date: Fri, 8 May 1998 14:31:12 +0100 (BST) From: Mail Delivery Subsystem Message-Id: <199805081331.OAB15314@brookes.ac.uk> To: leap@brookes.ac.uk MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/report; report-type=delivery-status; boundary="OAB15314.894634272/brookes.ac.uk" Subject: leap list: Returned mail: User unknown Auto-Submitted: auto-generated (failure) Sender: leap@brookes.ac.uk Precedence: bulk Reply-To: leap@brookes.ac.uk This is a MIME-encapsulated message --OAB15314.894634272/brookes.ac.uk The original message was received at Fri, 8 May 1998 14:31:12 +0100 (BST) from daemon@localhost ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- y ----- Transcript of session follows ----- 550 y...
